Gold Hart Copper (TSXV: HART): no price given
Gold Hart says it acquired Mantocobre, a 4,000 hectare gold and copper asset in Chile south of Capstone's Mantoverde, "owned 100% outright with no royalties." The release does not name the seller or say what Gold Hart paid in cash or shares. The same release grants 14,500,000 options at C$0.20 for five years, bringing options outstanding to 7.5% of the shares.
Nexcel Metals (CSE: NEXX): one million shares for 180 claims
Nexcel agreed to buy 180 claims covering 3,994 hectares in York County, New Brunswick, next to its Burnt Hill tungsten project, from arm's length Northex Capital Partners. The price is 1,000,000 shares at "a discounted deemed price of $0.472." Northex keeps no royalty and accepts a voluntary eight month hold. Closing is due by October 31, subject to CSE acceptance.
CoTec and Battery Mineral Resources: conditional tense
CoTec (TSXV: CTH) and Battery Mineral Resources (TSXV: BMR) announced a partnership at the Punitaqui copper operation in Chile. The two "would each have a 50% economic participation" in incremental production from CoTec's technologies and new development, while BMR "would retain" its existing operation. The release gives no investment amount, no cash, no shares and no closing conditions.
Lunex Metals (TSXV: LUNX): a new listing
Lunex completed its amalgamation and expects to start trading on the TSX Venture on or around October 19. It will have 37,360,742 shares outstanding, 39,613,873 fully diluted, and says it has raised over C$3.7 million privately. It holds about 10,000 hectares in Argentina's Deseado Massif.
