CyberCatch (TSXV: CYBE): a vote, and a price

CyberCatch said 99.96% of votes cast approved its sale to a subsidiary of Datavault AI for US$3.22 a share in cash, "subject to certain adjustments." Holders of 77.12% of the 26,766,269 shares voted. By our arithmetic the price values the equity at about US$86 million. The deal still needs a final court order and TSX Venture approval, and is expected to close in the fourth quarter.

Carrier Connect (TSXV: CCDS): a lease, not a purchase

Carrier Connect Data Solutions signed a 186 month lease on a 4 megawatt data centre in Alpharetta, Georgia. The headline says power under management grows 50%; the text says about 52%, from 7.7 to 11.7 megawatts. The release says "100% of the revenue in Alpharetta will be made up of high value AI clients." It names no clients, gives no rent and gives no revenue estimate. A path to about 17.7 megawatts depends on utility approval and customer demand.

Digital Commodities (CSE: DIGI): C$100,000 of tokens

Digital Commodities bought RENDER crypto tokens for C$100,000, its third purchase under a strategy adopted September 28. It does not say how many tokens. Its reserve remains 11 bitcoin plus cash. The release itself warns that "increased adoption does not necessarily translate into token appreciation."

Ciscom (CSE: CISC) and VersaBank (TSX: VBNK)

Ciscom says third quarter revenue rose 47.6% from a year ago, but gives no dollar figure; results come in the last week of October. VersaBank began the commercial phase of VUSD, its tokenized U.S. dollar deposit, and plans exchange listings "as soon as feasible." The release gives no deposit volumes or launch date.

Why it matters

Only one of these releases came with a number a reader can check against a price: CyberCatch's US$3.22. Treat the rest as claims until the filings arrive.
